What could be more impressive than proven results? Show that you’re a well-seasoned professional by including quantifiable results in the form of metrics and statistics in your resume, and you’ll get a lot more hiring managers interested in speaking with you.

As a hiring manager, there are few things that can top seeing impressive numbers on an applicant’s resume. It’s always great to see the applicants are working on the same duties that the role requires, but seeing that they have a proven track record of success automatically put them at the top of my list. We— as in, the collective “we” of all hiring managers— love to see candidates who have put in the hard work and saw great results. Hard to beat that kind of concrete evidence!
